Inventory of all launched sondes that have been processed by the CSU analysis system during the field phase.
The "all" files contain an inventory of all sites, whereas the "spc" files contain an inventory only of special NAME sounding sites.
Each file contains a inventory for the 3 day period denoted by the dates in the file name.
